Description:
The FPD-IG-175 is a fast optical probe designed for visualizing and measuring the temporal characteristics of laser beams within the spectral range of 900 nm to 1700 nm. It incorporates an InGaAs PIN photodiode, engineered to convert optical signals into electrical signals, which can then be measured using third-party instruments such as oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers for measurement purposes. The FPD-IG-175 features a rise time of 175 psec. It is powered by an internal battery that supplies the reverse bias voltage.
